I believe in seeing each person as an individual with their own unique perspectives, strengths and needs.
I bring a diverse work experience to my counseling practice. I recently served as Director of Student Services for Thomas County Schools and this provided me extensive experience in working with children and families. Prior to that I served as a Safe & Drug Free Schools Consultant and during this period I coordinated a regional school crisis response team that provided services to schools in need for issues from tragic accidents to natural disasters. I worked in the Juvenile Court system and counseled with adult offenders in a halfway house setting. My 30 year career path has led me to work with all kinds of individuals and to look for the strengths and resources in people.
