What are your fees?

My current fee is $100 for each 50 minute therapy session. I accept payment in the form of personal checks or cash. Payment is expected in full at the end of each visit, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you cannot afford my fee I will provide names of other agencies that might offer free or low-cost services.

Do you take insurance?

I am currently contracted as an in-network provider with Aetna and SuperMed and I do file insurance claims with them for my clients that have the necessary authorization/pre-certification.

If you wish to seek reimbursement from your insurance company I will provide you with documentation to assist you in this process.

Appointments and Cancellations

The scheduling of an appointment reserves that time exclusively for you. If you cancel or re-schedule an appointment please give 24 hours notice in order to avoid being charged for that hour. Appointments scheduled for Monday need to be
re-scheduled or cancelled by 5 pm on Friday.
